As the heart of our Essendon centre, you will focus on:

• Being the leader your educators rely on guiding them to implement a world-class curriculum for children aged 0 - 6 years.
• Managing the day-to-day operations of the service, ensuring everything from occupancy to administration runs seamlessly.
• Maintaining a strong commitment to child safety and navigating compliance regulations with a keen eye for detail.
• Creating positive relationships with parents and children, ensuring every family feels a genuine sense of belonging.

About You

• Diploma of Early Childhood Education and care (OR higher ACECQA approved qualification).
• Working With Children's Check (WWCC).
• Asthma, anaphylaxis, CPR, Do Food Safety and Mandatory Reporting certificates.
• Proven experience leading a team with empathy, clarity, and professionalism.
• A thorough understanding of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and a passion for exceeding standards.
• The ability to stay calm, organised, and positive in a thriving environment.
